Luxury yacht Emerald Star is fine example of exceptional style from CRN Ancona, this fantastic yacht has been designed to offer spacious facilities, perfect for relaxation, which echoes throughout her light, contemporary interior featuring pale cherrywood. Whether entertaining in style in the beautifully appointed dining saloon or relaxing on one of her three spacious deck areas. Her upper deck saloon contains a bar and sofa area, leading to a 52 sq. meter open aft deck, with dining table for 12, sofas and sunpads. The sun deck covers 100 sq. meters and offers a spa pool, bar and barbecue.

Beside Master cabin, Emerald Star can accommodate 10+1 guests with 9 crew, there is a Pullman-style bunk for an 11th guest, such as a child or a nanny. There are two identical VIP cabins with king-size beds, one regular guest cabin with a king-size bed, and a fourth guest cabin with twin beds.

Each of the four guest cabins is slightly reduced in size to enlarge the en suite bathrooms, so that even in the cabin with twin-size beds, the shower is large enough to include a seat.
    
There is a Kaleidescape entertainment system onboard for digital music and movies, plus the satellite systems SkyTV in Europe and DirecTV in the Caribbean. WiFi is available throughout the yacht, and VSAT was scheduled to be installed to reduce the price of Internet access for charter guests. Emerald Star was built with ARG gyro stabilizers. .

Navis Yacht Charter - NYC use MYBA (Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association) contract that is designed to standardize charter terms and protect the Charterer ( You) , the Owner, and the Agent/Broker.
It has standard protections and escalation clauses in case any problems arise.
Once you have signed a MYBA charter contract, you are obligated to pay the entire charter regardless you actually board the yacht.
In exceptional cases, you may be able to cancel, but monies will be refunded only if the yacht can be chartered to another client, therefore many we suggest purchase of insurance against cancellation.
Charter fee is paid in two rates ; 50% of charter fee when the charter contract is signed and 50 % 4 weeks before charter commencement. Extra expenses are charged with Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). APA is usually 25 % to 30 % of total charter fee and also depending on your itinerary, food, beverages etc. Captain will keep accurate records of funds spent during your charter and at the end of the charter, you will be refunded the difference, or you will asked to pay more during the cruise if further running costs are incurred.
